With 13 million, which should select Dell Inspiron N5447A?

This laptop versus Core i5 420M HP ProBook 440, 4GB RAM, it more or less?

Currently there are about 13 million children and are looking to slow life for laptop use. I'm wondering the Dell Inspiron N5447. Specific configuration is as follows:
